Camel trips

For centuries the camel was the only means of transport in the desert. Nomads and Tuaregs were weeks, sometimes months en route to achieve their goal. Giant caravans, often with more than 1000 camels, crossed the Sahara. Timbouctou, Mopti or Zinder are just some of the legendary destinations of the old caravan routes.

Follow in the footsteps of the nomads and the Tuaregs.  Experience the desert from the back of a camel.
